The President of the Los Angeles chapter of the National Organization For Women, Shelly Mandell. While NOW has endorsed Democrat Barack Obama as best representing women's interests in the race, Mandell has taken a different view.
Shell Mandell said this while introducing Gov Palin in Carson, CA yesterday. "A reformer who will break up the old boy network, buck the system and get Washington back on our side. It is an honor to call her sister, America.....the is what a "feminist" looks like, Governor Salin Palin....."

California NOW has issued a statement reaffirming support for Obama/Biden and repudiating Shelly Mandell's support of Palin.
I applaud Shelly for seeing Palin as a product of feminism. They wanted a woman who can do and have it all and they produce one. Too bad they can't make her have the same values as those creepy women who have to beat up other women.
NOW took no stand for Hillary with all the sexism. What a jok that organization is. If they are about women, WTF are they doing endorsing a sexist pig?
