A mannequin of Gov. Palin hangs by a noose in the yard of Chad Michael Morisette of WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. Chad considers this art but admits they would not consider a hanging Obama art, nor did he wish to elaborate how he would consider depicting Obama artfully for Halloween but having McCain climbing out of a burning chimney was his artful piece for that candidate.
One passer by was recorded as finding it offensive however, most recorded by the media found it quite amusing. In fact the report will probably entice more drivers and bus passengers to those who already have been stopping to snap pictures.

You know on the message board Soapzone...I wrote a main thread about the porn video "nailin palin" and how outraged I was that good, decent women on that board were laughing and chortling and saying Sarah Palin deserved it because she got college tuition by entering a beauty pageant. I knew right then and there that the HATRED is so great towards Sarah Palin that there is NO OUTRAGE short of an assassination that would bring some of these women to their senses and even then I have my doubts.
I haven't been to SZ today but I'm sure there will be more threads on the would be attempt to assassinate Obama...that was Thank God foiled and the men put in jail....that there will be on the the effigy of Sarah Palin being hung outside a house with a noose around her neck!
Hell...there was more outrage when Obama was burned in effigy a short while ago than there is on the subject of Sarah Palin being hung in effigy.
You can bet your ass if it was MICHELLE OBAMA being hung by a noose for Halloween...the public hue and cry would ring loud and long across the land.
But except for FOX news...I haven't heard the Sarah Palin "hanging" get much airplay and even they seemed to downplay it! Even Sean Hannity didn't rant about it!!!

What do you expect in a country where even women denegate women on TV and in the movies and recordings. I think it is a show called Christine where the heroine demeans herself with school boy jokes about sex and portrays herself as a sex obsessed female. Most of these "comedies" have to do with sexual exploitation of women and they are among the top rated shows. Joy (tramp)Behar on the "View" denigrates women and I understand she has been on that "women's" show since the beginning. Until women wise up and understand if they do not buy into this trashing of women the networks will have to change. It is the complicity of women, too stupid to know the history of women's sufferage, that perpetuates this atmosphere. Any woman who votes for Obama in this election, no matter what her ethnicity, is complicit in this atmosphere.
What is this country coming to?? My feeling is.it's gone to the dogs...there is no respect for anyone anymore....it's downright disgusting...And...things have become worse since Obama was declared the candidate...that alone would make anyone want to leave this country...I watched FOX news last night when Greta had her show and she discussed the "noose" and asked the public what they thought about it..many found it inappropriate..which it is..and, if it was Michelle Obama....something would be done about it...The media...Obama and his supporters are mean and nasty towards Sarah Palin just like they were to Hillary...I don't care what is said...it's because she's a woman and Sarah isn't being accepted...She's been chewed up..spit out...I give her a lot of credit for her grit...there will be a woman in that White House someday...if it's not this time around..it will be soon after...and...everyone had better accept that!! A woman can do just as good of a job at running this country than a man can do...probably better!!! WE women are far from being stupid.....
I completely agree with both of you. It is exhausting and heartbreaking to see women tearing down other women.
Its one thing if you're Pamela Andersen and you made your fortune off our culture's lack of respect for women. I don't expect her to take a stand for women because she has to compete with them. But the View has turned into a huge disappointment. They sound like bickering self righteous assholes with their own agenda. Where is there stand for women as they teach their viewers how to treat powerful women like Palin?
And... don't get me wrong. I am not a Pamela Andersen fan.
